Delivery Information


Delivery Time:

We normally ship out the item on the Next Business Day if payment is cleared before 9pm.
For receiver address in West Malaysia, you should/will receive the item within 1 or 2 working days after we shipped out. For receiver address in East Malaysia, you should/will receive the item within 5 or 7 working days after we shipped out.
J&T/Citylink is our current default courier service.
You can tracking the order status by following steps: My Account > My Orders > Click Orders No. > Click Tracking No.

Once you received the delivery item, please confirm receiving in your JohnsonLux account within 7 days after item delivery. If you are not receive the item within delivery time, please contact us. If customer not inform us, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused, and we will do confirmation of order completed.

Ordering out of stock item: If the item you would like to purchase is temporarily out of stock, it will not be valid to select and add into cart. You can contact our customer service to get the estimated arrival time of the item.
 

Can I Self Collect/COD/Meet-Up?

Sorry, cannot. So far we only accept shipping by courier. Self collect/meet up, this is time consuming and we choose to concentrate our limited resources to serve our customers more efficiently through ship-out method.
 

Shipping Address:

For Members, you can edit and manage your desire shipping address by following steps: My Account >Manage Address Book.
For Visitors, you can fill in shipping address when you place order.
 

If there is a problem with the services and products:

In the unlikely event that there is any defect with the services or products:
(a) Please contact us as soon as possible;
(b) Please give us a reasonable opportunity to repair or fix any defect; and
(c) We will accept an exchange within 5 days from delivery date. All exchanges will be done on a case by case basis.
