We maintain this website as a service to our customers, and by using our site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. It is the user's responsibility to check any change in the terms and conditions, as we reserve the right to alter them at any time.
Purchasing From the Website
An order is not an order until you have received an acceptance confirmation from us. Once the product is delivered to the user’s postal address, the risk of loss and damage is passed to the user.
Payment
Authorize handles the Credit/Debit Card payment process for us once your order has been processed on the website. This includes checking your details and clearing your payment.
Once the order and payment have been passed on to Authorize, you should direct your inquiries to Authorize if you have any payment queries (details on the Authorize pages on our website).
You will be charged the price of the item on the website at the time of your order.
Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel your Order before we have shipped it to you, and you have already paid for your Order, you will receive a full refund.
(a) Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and are in Malaysia. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.
(b) We are under no obligation to fulfil your Order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your Order has been acknowledged by us).
(c) You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on our homepage or you can do internet banking to our account. Similarly you can pay all or part of the price of your Order using an e-gift cards or a promotional voucher.
Cancellation
Customer is responsible for all costs incurred on cancelled orders. Minimum cancellation charge is 30% of total order.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. It may not be copied, re-used, distributed or shared without the express written permission of JohnsonLux, which reserves all rights.
You are acknowledged that you have read and agreed to bound by the term and condition mentioned below for all the online orders:
1. Before place order, please ensure that you have added the correct items/sizes that you want to buy. Once you've received the notice of confirmed order, we will not be able to amend the order.
2. If you have a discount code/promotion code, please input the code before checking out your order for discount to be valid. No refunds will be provided for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase.
3. Payment shoulded be made within the stated time frame, if the orders that are not paid within the time, it will be cancelled without prior notice.
4. We hold the rights to accept or reject any order(s).
5. Customers who have made at least one successful purchase from us will be added to our mailing list automatically.
6. Simply log in to your account to track your order status.
7. Any discrepancy or dispute found in goods should be reported to us within 5 working days from the date of delivery. You are deemed to have inspected the goods before confirmation of received the delivery. Therefore, we shall not be held liable for any losses or damages suffered by you resulting from the use of the goods for any reason whatsoever, such as product malfunction.
8. Once you received the delivery item, please confirm receiving in your JohnsonLux account within 7 days after item delivery. If you are not receive the item within delivery time, please contact us. If customer not inform us, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused, and we will do confirmation of order completed.
9. All prices in the website are subjected to change without prior notice.
10. We shall not be responsible for any illegal use of our products.
